1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuyDocz ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and vendors.

2. The Platform

BuyDocz is a digital document marketplace that allows approved vendors to sell digital documents and buyers to purchase and download them. We act as an intermediary and payment escrow service — buyers' payments are held securely until a successful download is delivered.

3. Purchases & Downloads

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a document has been downloaded.
• Download links are valid for a limited time and limited number of downloads as stated at checkout.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us at info@buydocz.com within 24 hours of purchase.
• Documents are for personal or business use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

4. Vendor Terms

• Vendors must apply and be approved before listing documents for sale.
• BuyDocz retains a platform fee on each sale. The exact percentage is disclosed during the document listing process.
• Vendor payouts are processed manually to the PayPal email address on file. Vendors are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Vendors warrant that they own or have the right to sell all documents they upload. Uploading copyrighted material without authorisation will result in immediate account suspension.
• We reserve the right to remove any document or suspend any vendor account at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, sell, or distribute content that:

• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Is obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable

6. Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their documents. By listing a document on BuyDocz, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, market, and deliver the document to buyers through our Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

BuyDocz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
